Diana Revzin, the Managing Attorney of the firm, is currently representing individuals and corporate clients on matters involving bankruptcy law, technology and computer law, and general contract matters. She is admitted to the bar of the State of New York as well as the Federal Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts.
Ms. Revzin began her career in a law firm where she assisted with all aspects of personal and corporate bankruptcies including Chapter 7, 11, and 13 filings, and adversary proceedings.
Thereafter, Ms. Revzin spent three years as an attorney at a financial service company where she developed legal expertise through her involvement in numerous complex matters. She dealt with a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions involving corporate law, contract law and negotiation, computer and technology law, regulatory compliance, and employment law.
Ms. Revzin is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law where she received a Juris Doctor. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pace University with honors.
